Can't set opacity to 100% using numpad

as you can see in the following screenshot, the opacity of the layer is 55%, when I tried pressing 100 on the numpad,

it only goes to 10%, which is I want to make it 100%, 99% is doable, yet, I need 100% without clicking my mouse,

pressing 100 on the numpad works on the earlier versions of PS

is there any workaround here?

You could use the number keys on the keyboard (the ones above the letters), not the numeric keypad.
Press zero for 100% opacity and tap zero twice for zero opacity.
(the numeric keypad doesn't work for me ether on win8 cp using the zero key in cs6 because apparently win 8 uses that zero key on the numeric keypad for the logout screen)

It's working for me, and I didn't need to type at all quickly. I've never thought to use the number pad, but it actually makes a lot of sense. For instance you can type 01 for 1% - you don't need to start with the full stop.

I've tried pressing "0" on numpad, and it sets my layer to 100% (changes on hotkeys maybe). but it now works.

i used to type 100 on numpad to have it 100%,

numpad is important to me since it's near the position of my mouse..
