Help dpwnloading Abobe Suite CS5

I've reached the process in my download where it says "please close all the following applications to conintue" which I have done. I press the "continue" button, and nothing happens. WTF?! I need help.

    Which applications is it asking you to close?  Also what operating system are you using?

    I'm having the same issue... premier.  its asking me to close bridge.  But it is not open.

    Windows - Go to Task Manager - processes. Check for "Bridge.exe", select it and End the process.

    MAC - Go to Finder - type Activity monitor. Check for "Bridge.exe". Select it and then click on Quit process.
