From one computer, how many ADE accounts can be authorized?

Just trying to understand the Authorization limits:

 

Is it that 1 ADE account holder can only have 6, in total, authorizations - whether that be on computers and/or devices (or perhaps, is it 6 on computers, plus 6 on devices)?  And, if it is indeed this situation, is there a way for an ADE account holder to go into their settings to find out their runny tally of authorizations?

 

OR, is it that one Computer or one Device can only be authorized a total of 6 times, by 6 different ADE account holders?
