Thank you guys for your helpful replies but this doesn't quite address what I'm trying to achieve.
In addition to password-protecting this portion of the site with what seem to be called "membership" features I am looking for something that will allow me to display a list of over 200 individuals' contact information (the actual members of the organization) on the site. I am receiving the data from the client as an Excel file and would love to be able to import that data file into some kind of application that will convert it to something that a visitor to the website will be able to easily view and navigate. A search featrue would be nice as well.
Member Directory Manager by DMXReady seems to do most of this and displays the list of members like this:

Not a pretty example but it's supposedly customizable with CSS which is fine. I like how the user can click on the "Show Details" button to bring up more contact for each of the members. As I mentioned the only problem with Member Directory Manager is that it won't run on the host server. I'm checking to see if another host can run ASP and may switch hosts if that's the case.
Forgive me if I'm not calling this the correct thing. We're trying to list our organization members on their website.
