New computer, new Windows 7, but I am unable to apply metadata in Bridge. Folder of images are there. Why not?
Metadata can mean a lot of things. What specifically are you tryihg to do?
Go to file info, apply information, click on okay but then I get a message that says: "There was an error writing metadata to ..." (name of image).
I've tried with dozens of different images in about six folders.
No reply for 30 minutes so I'm signing off for dinner
What format of image are you working with?
Are you on an internal or external drive with pictures?
If you go to keywords panel and click on a keyword will it work as advertised?
