re-installed shockwave  11.6.4.634 and still crshes. using windows 7 and brow google crome.Suggestions?

    How does it crash, exactly; do you get an error message?

     

    What do you do when it crashes?

    The screen freezes and seems to work 1-3 min at self correcting. eventually it reads a pop-up that says it has become unresponsive. Asks - wait or stop it. Have tried several times to wait it out,wait again up to 2-3 times, and stop. sometimes the plug-in responds on the first try when wait option is used 90% time it always fails and have the message of " folling plug-in has crashed: shockwave flash. " with that dead puzzle piece being displayed.

    Shockwave Flash is Flash Player, not Shockwave Player.

     

    Please post in the Flash Player forum, and mention your operating system (including 32-bit or 64-bit edition), as well as your Chrome version and Flash Player version (you can see it at http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-pla yer-windows.html
