parallax scrolling

Has anyone had success integrating a parallax scrolling effect with Adobe DPS?

To test, I imported the html file (and supporting files) from the tutorial for the Smashing Magazine Nike Better World example. The content scrolls correctly in the desktop version of Content Viewer v 2.3.0 when I preview in Folio Builder. When I view on iPad v2 wih Content Viewer 2.3.1, the content doesn't scroll properly.

InDesign CS5, tool versions used as recommended by caniupdateadobedps.com (v18).

Any ideas?

does the smashing magazine code work in the iPad's safari? I doubt that (iOS limiation).
The latest issue of the russion Bazaar has some paralax effect, wich works completly different.

why not do overlay with scroll?
