Form element not defined in FF Safari and chrome if it is dynamically created .

Hi,

We have a form where the dropdown box field(select control) is dynamically created and populated. It is then binded to the corresponding to <td> of table with the id. While dumping the form after form submission, this dynamically created element is not  getting defined in browsers other than IE. How can this be fixed?
