background image file for dreamweaver

If you have a background image file, if you pull it up in photoshop, can you tell how many pixels each colored layered is?bg.gif

    Not sure what exactly you want but you are aware that you have a measure tool in PS and rulers plus that selection boundaries and coordinates of tools are reported in the info plaette, are you?
