Large course should I create it in Captivate or Lectora?

I am trying to figure out which product would be more efficent for creating large courses - Captivate or Lectora?  We have both and the course was created in Lectora but my boss is wondering if I should convert it to Captivate?

    This is a very difficult, because vague question. Type of course is important, which output do you want? What is 'long'?
