problem after installation ... 228

The situation is such
The platform in server 2008 cluster terminals and all
after upgrading to IE9 flash to ... 228 stopped opening pages of many sites (steel hang) in Protected Mode (this mode is the default)
if you disable Protected Mode (remove the checkbox), then everything starts to work fine.

What to do?
