When I generate a Word output, the index of my document uses "default paragraph font" instead of the style consistent with the rest of the text. Btw, I am using a CSS stylesheet for my output, not a Word template, because I get a cleaner output that way. When I tried modifying "default paragraph font," in RH css editor, all of the options were greyed out. I tried applying styles to my index in Word after generating the output, but it did not work properly and does not seem like an efficient process because I have to generate a lot of documents. My question is: what attributes do I have to add to my stylesheet (by hand, because the RH css editor won't let me add "Index Heading" and "Index 1" character styles) that will style my index in the Word document. I am assuming there is some kind of set attribute (similar to A.glossterm or SPAN.glosstext) that RH recognizes. Thank you.
