I recently installed the latest version on my laptop running Windows 7 64bit. Since then flash crashes in all browsers I have tried (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and IE). I disabled the built in flash in Chrome and it still crashes. I uninstalled the new version of flash player and reinstalled a previous version and everything works fine. Has anyone else had this problem or have any suggestions to resolve it? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Please see my driver information below. I checked the Intel website and this is the most current.

You are right: this is the latest driver version. Interestingly, my Intel HD Graphics driver on Windows 7 is 8.15.10.2653 (installed by the last Windows Update).
Can you go and check if there are any optional updates waiting on your system's Windows Update?
Alternatively, can you try to disable Hardware Acceleration (http://forums.adobe.com/thread/891337)?

In addition to Pat's suggestions, would you be willing to gather your system information and open a new bug report at bugbase.adobe.com? Please take a look at the following FAQ which details what additional information we'll need. In addition, type "about:flash" in the Chrome address bar and save that page and add it to the bug. Once the bug has been opened, please post back here with the bug URL.
How do I troubleshoot and report problems with Flash Player Video?
Thanks,
Chris

Hi Pat,
You're correct with the Windows Update, when I just tried that it tried to load an older version, no other updates were available. I disabiled Hardware Acceleration. still crashing. 😕

1nchy,
Could you do an "about:flash" in Chrome's address bar and paste the contents in a reply?
Thanks,
Chris

Thanks,
Could you enable crash reporting for Chrome, then after the next crash do another "about:flash" and post the log again?
In addition, it looks like your NVidia video driver might be out of date. I'd suggest updating to the latest version which you can find here:

Could you open a new bug report at bugbase.adobe.com and include the steps you take, your dxdiag report, and reference the Chrome crash ID:
