Latest Adobe Flash Video Sync Problems

After updating to the latest Flash Player, my video and audio are out of sync and the frames seem to freeze every few seconds. How can I reinstall the older version? I tried but it wouldn't let me.

I am also having the same problem. Certain websites (including Youtube.com) all videos have perfect sound but the video doesn't match up. There is a green bar at the top and the colors are all off.

I was able to uninstall flash player 11.2 and reinstall an earlier version. Thankfully, videos are working fine again. I also turned off automatic update.
