I can't seem to download Adobe Digital Editions

    Tell us what kind of computer system are you running and  what is the

    computer operating system.  We can start there.

    I can't download either. I think I  have it downloaded, but I am trying to Launch it, and it keeps asking for my administrator password, which I am putting in correctly, and the right password, but it keeps saying my password is incorrect. I am so frustrated!
