Reinstalling Photoshop CS5

When i tried to open photoshop on my computer it told me that it couldnt open and to uninstal and reinstal it. So I unistalled it and went to My Adobe recent orders to reinstal it and I keep getting an error message. I bought my photoshop in 2011 and never had a problem with it until today, I'm not sure why it wouldnt open. I just want to reinstal what I paid for!

What is the exact error message?
On which OS are you trying to install PS CS5?
Is it PS CS5 or PS CS5 Extended?

As Arpit said, we need more info about your system and what specific errors you are getting. Also simply run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool and attempt to reinstall again.
