Photoshop Elements 10 says I have already activated it on too many computers.

I just bought Photoshop Elements 10 at Walmart I have only installed it on ONE computer and thats all. Does anyone know how to fix this? I had a open case a while back but I got busy and it was automatically closed
I just want this to be fixed so I continue to use Photoshop.
