Problem with import

I was programming a server with flash builder 4.6 and  I need to import  flash.net.ServerSocket, but when i did this  builder said that this import could not be found, can I help me?.

Can you explain it in which type and for web/desktop of application you are using it and it would be great if you share code snippet. As the flash.net.ServerSocket is only available for AIR application.
