Printed on what and how? If you mean commercial offset printing then the short answer is no. Professional printing requires color management and prepping the photos properly at a suitably high resolution, so even if you can just create a PDF of the Word file by "printing" it to the Acrobat PDF printer or similar tools, it won't look particularly good once actually printed on an offset machine.
No, not commercial offset. My father has been working on a family tree/family story. He's very particular about the quality of the photos. He can't print them at all from the Word document as they take too much memory for the printer (home laser printer). He tried printing to PDF file but the photos lost too much quality. He's wanting to know if there's a program he can use so he can print the file without losing any quality from the photos. Does Adobe have any programs that would be helpful/suitable?
