Hi ,

I've just made an Adjustment layer from a composition , I added some effects : like CC toner.

How to make a set of color fot this effect and copy it , paste it in this CC toner ?

You simply copy&paste the entire effect. Not sure what else you are asking. there is no way to store color palettes in AE.

Or, create Animation Presets for all the different colour settings you require.
