Lost table properties under properties tab?

Hi,

I use the properties tab at the bottom of the page but I have the HTML and CSS tabs but I used to have a tab with table info ie background colour of the cell etc. I have lost this can anyhow tell me how I get it back?

Thanks chaps,

This is what I see not sure if it helps but I used to select all the cells like I have done here and I could change the cells background colour by clicking a box...
