Add Digital ID window does not have all options.

When trying to add a digital ID I cannot see the the option for the person to add his or her information.

Hi Cobrajet429,

Are you trying to create a new digital ID. If so are you getting no window or an empty window after a window with options:

Please can you decribe the the exact steps that you used, Reader version, OS and share the screenshot where you are getting stucked.

Yes you are in the correct location, I am using Adobe 9, and it is on a Windows 7 Lenovo laptop, the window that you have in the picture is correct, but when I add New PKSC and then hit next it only shows down to the Enable Unicode Support, Just wanted to know if I could make this window larger so I can see the all of the options, Thanks for your help!
