I keep getting the message that the authorization of ADE failed.  I have tried it on Windows XP and 7, with and without virus/firewall.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    If you're getting this message, then you may not have registered with Adobe

    and obtained an Adobe ID.  Can you give us more information about what

    you've done and how your systems are set up?

    I did obtain an Adobe ID and I am able to log into Adobe.  I downloaded and installed ADE, but when the set-up assistant starts it will not except my ID/password.
