Scaling up for the new iPad.

Is there a quick way of doing this or am I literally going to have to manually resize every page and save as a separate file? I feel this could get messy.

Creating a new 2048x1536 rendition based on the 1024x768 source files works great. If folio size is a concern, use the PDF image format.
