Cannot install ADE

When I attempt to execcute the downloaded ADE setup.exe, it ask me to run as Administrator. I am the admin, it is the one and only login on my computer and it has no password... What's up?

    Today, the same happens to me. I'm the administrator. My PC (Windows 7) has only one profile!

    Somebody can help me?

    You have to set up the permissions on a Windows 7 machine to allow

    downloading from Adobe.  Once you do that, it should work....  [notice I

    said 'should'.  If it doesn't, come back and tell us what messages you're

    getting, or what's happening.]

    I am having the same problem. How do I  "set up permissions" on Windows Vista?
