How do I get my form submissions data forwarded to my email or texted to my phone?

I am new to form building. I see where my data will be collected and can be exported to my excel worksheet, but do you know how I can have it forwarded to give me an email notification that someone has submitted a form to me, or receive a text?

    Our paid accounts (Basic and Plus) support email notifications. Go to the Options tab and select the notification section. Check the send email and include data check boxes. You'll now receive emails that include the form data everytime a person submits.
