When using Photoshop Elements 8, I used to double click on my text and a white text "tool box" would open where I could preview the different fonts, change the opacity, etc. Since my computer crashed and I had to reinstall PSE8 I no longer have this function. I used it all of the time, anyone know if it was changed with a recent update?
Thank you for the suggestions, but neither option worked in my case. It may be due to prior to my computer crash I had PSE7, then upgraded to PSE8. Since the crash, I just did a clean install of PSE8. I am already getting used to not having it though.....thanks again ![]()
I am talking about the Elements Editor.....if I would click on a text box on a project(photo, document, etc.) it would pop up a white box with all of the text tools in it where I was able to arrow down and preview what my specific text would look like in different fonts. It made things quicker, because I didn't have to select a font then click the green checkmark....select another font, click the checkmark, and so on. The white box also contained a color selector, left, right, centered, an opacity slider, etc.
