Ratev4 update for ASP eCart from webassist?

I know this should be posted with webassist, but they are having an issue with image verification for their forum, so I can't post there.

 

Anyway, we are still using version 4 of eCart with ASP. Is there an updated file to handle USPS quotes with the new RateV4? Or does anyone know how to "update" the current file to work?
