Dreamweaver wont build my application

the only file I see in the build folder is "buildlog.log" with the following error message:

ERROR: console error

context: Dreamweaver.exe::GetExitCodeProcess

code: 1

message: Incorrect function.

You are not giving us much to go on and are leaving some important information out.

What are you using to build your application? What is the application for? What is the source code?

Please enlighten us.

Android Application
well besides the error log,

I was trying to build and emulate the meridien example in the tutorial on this page https://www.adobe.com/devnet/dreamweaver/articles/packaging-web-applic ations-as-mobile-apps.html

and also tried the default template in dreamweaver : new >page from sample >mobile starters > jquery phonegap

My sdk is located in C:\android-sdk-windows
I have tried to build each app on android 2.3.3 api 10 and android 4.0 but my application wont build, the emulators run, but no app is injected into the emulator

so I checked the build folders and I only see one file, "buildlog.log, and nothing else

I really hope you could help me, and let me know if you need any aditional information
