I get an error message when I try and export videos using Adobe Media Encoder.
"Could not complete the Render Video command because of a problem with Adobe Media Encoder."
Are there some settings I need to adjust or something I need to download? I have a subscription to CS5 Extended installed as well. Could there be a conflict?
Here is an update...
If I open the .psd in CS5, it works.
I am on the subscription plan for CS5. There must be a conflict having them both installed. Should I remove CS5? Or does CS6 have to be licensed first?
Both versions should coexist without a problem.
More likely there is a problem with the video encoder in CS6, with something specific to that file or the options chosen.
We'll need to get more details to reproduce the problem.
No, the encoder is part of CS6.
The "problem" is most likely a bug.
We need enough information to reproduce the circumstances that cause the error.
We either need the file and the settings you used, or all the information to reproduce the file.
