I somehow uninstalled Flashplayer and now can't see to find the right flashplayer to install.

I have a MAC OS 10.4.11 using PowerPC G4....don't have a clue has to which Flashplayer to down load. Any suggestions? Or, is it possible to find in the "trash" and reinstall? Not even sure how to do that....I'm a humble school teacher with no clue about computers!

Thank you for any help you can offer.
