Cannot Download Adobe Fireworks CS5

I cannot seem to download Adobe Fireworks CS5. Everytime I try, I do something different, and the errors slightly decrease, but I can't seem to bet it below 20. I have a toshiba laptop, and my OS is Windows 7. Any support is highly appreciated.
