Can't open the dl'ed after effects cs5.5 trial... what gives?

Hi,

I get an error saying - disk could not be mounted error -4960 on my mac

and the ASM keeps saying, "extracting .... this may take a while..."

This is the 2nd time i've downloaded ae cs5.5 trial. It was corrupt the first time and got stuck at 98% and its corrupt again. I need help - fast!

Where are you choosing to download the install files too?

Also you can try initiating a direct download of the software utilizing the steps listed at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369.
