Error message when trying to change brush colors.

Using CS6 beta and everytime I use the color picker or hit the x or d key I get this message: could not complete your request because of a program error.

Using Windows 7 64 bi and CS5 works fine.

A few common troubleshooting solutions:

Restart Photoshop and/or your computer.
Make sure your operating system and drivers, including your graphics driver, is up to date. (Check with the manufacturers website).
Reset Photoshop's preferences: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4209421#4209421
