scanner importing to organizer

After scanning a photo using the organizer (Windows 7, Epson V700 ), it tells me that the file already exits in the catalog.  It gives the data but I cannot find the image.  Pleas give me help to find the image. Thanks.

    Sorry, you haven't given us enough information to help you. (What tells you what exists where? and what do you see when you click Show All on the Organizer's Media Browser?)

     

    What happens if you scan the file using Photoshop Elements instead?
