Hi,

I've been trying all day to figure out why none of the Creative Suite 5.5 trial software will install on my computer (Windows 7, 32-bit).

I can get through Download Assistant just fine, but when it comes to installing, nothing's working. I've tried Creative Suite, and also Dreamweaver and InDesign by themselves. The screen just says "Currently Installing... Microsoft_VC90_CRT_x86," with "Total Time remaining: Calculating..." and "0% Complete." It sits on this screen and doesn't move at all. Screenshot:

I have prior installations of Dreamweaver and Flash (registered software, not trials) on my computer, but no InDesign, and yet the InDesign CS5.5 trial is having these install problems as well as the Dreamweaver CS5.5 trial, so I'm guessing previous installations don't have to do with it.

30 minutes later of nothing, I get the Exit Code 7 errors. For Dreamweaver, it looks like this:
