Problem Syncing the sounds.

I am making a short and very simple animation, and the sounds I place in my file refuse to play at the correct times.

 

I import to the library and place the sounds on the time line where I want them to play, I make sure they are set to Stream then I make sure they are properly clipped and then I test the flash.

When I do the first sound in the flash places at the correct time the all of the other sounds play early.

 

The same thing happens if I copy the layers with the sounds into a new flash document. So I think its a problem with my sounds?

 

I would appreciate any help on this matter. If you have any questions about my file please ask so i can tell you.

I am completely stumped.

    So i might have fixed it by changing the sound bit rate in the publish settings to 24 as opposed to 16. (if that even makes sense)

     

    But i am still confused as to why this happens.
    I would love someone to explain it if they know.
