Define next paragraphs styles in text frame

Hello all,

Is it possible to define the first 3 paragraph styles automatically (one click) in a text frame? Not character styles.

How are you putting the text in the frame? Would the first three styles be set as next style from the previous paragraph?

The text is already present.
So next style in my first paragraph style does not work.

Select the three paragraphs, then right-click the stylename for the first paragraph in the Paragraph Styles panel and choose Apply <stylename> And Next Style.
