adobe pro and reader 10.1.3 crashes upon printing

Both crash when I try to print anything on my mac. Fix your update or refund me.

    Hi,

     

    Can you please access your terminal and type "sudo" and check if it will give any error.

    For viewing and saving pdfs from Firefox, did you try running Firefox in 32bit mode (via Applications->Cmd+Click on Firefox icon->Get info-> Check "Open in 32bit mode")

    Adobe does not support it pdfviewer plugin for Firefox in 64bit mode.

    I can't print too with Acrobat Pro 10.1.4 and MAC OSX 10.6.8 and a OKI C3300. That's annoying. Also with Firefox. Can't save PDF-File there too!

    Sudo give some phrases but no error so called …
