Want to build a membership directory

Can anyone recommend an easy way to build a membership directory? It needs to maintain about 225 names including all kinds of details like phone numbers, addresses, emails, etc. Any kind of plug-in would be great as I don't know MySQL or Wordpress.

 

I found something called Member Directory Manager v1 by DMXReady but it won't work my hosting server.
