    Hi,

     

    Are you running your computer as an administrator? Try changing a couple of settings:

     

    1. Go to C:/Program Files/Adobe/Elements Organizer [ look in program files(x86) if running a 64-bit o/s].
    2. Here, right click PhotoshopElementsOrganizer.exe and click Compatibility.
    3. Now, ensure that  the option "Run this application as an administrator" is checked.
    4. Click Apply/OK and launch PSE to see how that works.
