Move vertical

From CS4 on there has been a strange change in the Move command. When you set vertical displacement the Y-axis is now inverted. Is there a way to set this to work as the legacy-way?
Until CS3 Move-vertical: -10 cm displaced the object 10 cm down on the artboard, on CS4/CS5 this displaces it 10 cm up. I use CS3 & CS5 versions on different computers and its annoying when I mix both axis every time I need to move objects.
