Toggle 'Find' dialogue

I often like to find specific words in the text of pdfs I'm reading (Ctrl+f), but I find clicking the tiny little 'x' to close the Find dialogue is a pain: does anyone know of a shortcut to close the dialogue, or how to make one? Thanks.
