Bounding boxes in final PDFs!

I think I'm clearing up some issues when new ones pop up...now I'm getting bounding box lines appearing in some of my finished PDFs!!

 

is there a setting or technique that covers this?

 

I guess I can make them as small as I can...but in some cases that would change my design.

    A better explanation of your term bounding boxes (or a screenshot) is relevant here. Does the width of the boundings change proportionally if you zoom in - way in, perhaps 4000%, or are they faint white lines which do not get larger when zooming?

     

    Google Stitching Lines - I see that you are distilling postscript files which will lead to this effect.
