Beyond frustrated. Tried EVERYTHING suggested here, and still get the error as soon as I click on a widget in the browser to view. Logged in, logged out multiple times in both widget browser and extension site. Cleared roaming data. Reinstalled multiple times. Windows 7 and Dreamweaver CS5. Help!!!
Is there anyone out there who can help with this recurring bug? I really need to get the Widget Browser working again. It did work at one time, on my laptop installation. But I have never been able to get it to go on my desktop computer. Could it be a problem with a secondary installation?

IE was not offline. My installation of AIR was only two days old, but I uninstalled and reinstalled yet again. Still getting 2032. Why is this issue not resolved Adobe? It's been out there for a long time now, and there appear to be no real solutions. But thank you Nancy O for sticking by my side on this - I really appreciate it!
Well... gave up on this, and now trying to download the HTML5 Video Player and came back to my original post with the original problem. I did accomplish the download, but boy oh boy. What a bit of a mess this all remains. I have to say the best advice I received was to log in and out multiple times, and clear the cache. THEN look below on the right bottom for the hidden download button.
Or at least I think that's what worked.
If you want to save yourself some time and trouble, get Pickle Player. You do not need to convert to multiple video file formats (.ogg, .webm, .flv, etc..). Pickle is a commercial HTML5 player that works in all web devices with just one file type -- MP4 or M4V for web. It also supports playlists.
