Are there issues with Lightroom 4 and Wacom Intuos 4 freezing up?

I am having problems with Lightroom 2 and Wacom Intuos 4 freezing up. Have spoken with Wacom numerous times and their fixes are only temporary. I will upgrade to LR4 if necessary, but would like to know that folks are not having problems with this issue.

My Intuos4 worked fine with LR4. However when I upgraded to LR4.1 RC, everything went to hell in a handbasket. Plus, it doesn't help to go back to LR4.0. My Wacom tablet simply will not work with LR4 any more.

This is certainly discouraging as I thought perhaps LR 4 might be the answer. Hmmmm.
