Custom Branding Issue

G'day...

 

I just signed up and subscribed to Adobe SendNow and I am having an issue with the Custom Branding.

I originally put in a copy of my electronic signature but this came up too small when sent.

I then decided just to put in the company logo, I have deleted the signature and placed the new logo in at the correct size 200x80 and it shows up on m y screen as if its updated but when the customer receives the email my old and unwanted signature is appearing on the email still.

I tried to enter online chat support but was told that I am not a paid subcriber when I clearly am..

 

Can you please help me rectify this problem.

    Good day Robbie,

     

    I'm unable to reproduce this issue.  I've tried the workflow you described as well as forwarding a previously sent email that I know used a different branding.

     

    Could you try the following steps:

    • Clear your browser cache
    • Update your Flash Player to the latest version: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
    • See if the issue persists by sending documents with another browser
