Drop down menu

Hello All,

 

I would like to create a drop down menu as example below. Would it be possible to create similar using photoshop cs5.1

    That link is not a dropdown menu, but an ad for an accounting firm. Ads are a no no.

    I am sorry I am not here to advertise my site nor I am an accounting firm I came across this site whilst looking for website templates for accounting website. I am designing an accounting website at the moment I am a web designer not an accounting firm. Please do not judge or presume without knowing the truth.

     

    Forums such as this are a great help and I do my upmost to respect it.

    It is no spamming please see my reply to Lundberg02. As mentioned I respect site such as this please do not judge without knowing the truth. I've made 18 posts since 2011 I hardly call that many posts.

    Thank you for your help at least someone that don't judge people doing wrong and answer my question. I can do dropdown menus I just would like to add a white border similar to the link added from my original posts.

     

    I shall search the web for adding borders to pop up menus.
