Hi I would like to download a manual for premier elements 10..anyone help

    You'll get better help with Premiere Elements questions in the Premiere Elements forum, ron.black, but if the help files for PRE work the same way they do for PSE, when you go to the online help there's a black band that runs across the page towards the top of the page with a button over on the right side that will let you download it as a pdf.
