Can I use Elements 8 on a second Mac, using OSX 10.7.3?

If so how?

If not will Elements 10 work on this version of the Mac?

    Yes, PSE 8 should work fine in 10.7 and you're allowed two installs. Just install it.

    I transferred all items form my Macbook to my Imac using a Firewire, This included Elements 8.

    When I've tried to use Elements I'm told that some application components are missing.

    I inserted the disk into the drive and nothing happens. Should I delete Elements totally before I try to install it?

    Okay,now you've got trouble. You can't transfer PSE that way, not ever. People sometimes think it works but eventually it always creates more problems than it solves. You're going to have to run clean script:

     

    http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

     

    and then hunt down all the bits and bobs of PSE that you can find and manually remove them. Don't over look the application support>adobe folders in both your username>library and hard drive>library.

    If the solution above doesn't help much, try the steps provided here. This might be a littl time consuming but luckily this works

    Would it be easier to buy Elements 10?

    Well, I guess you could, but if it were I, I'd still want to clean that up, I think.

    Hi Barbara, It's me again.

    Sorry to trouble you but I've at last been home long enough to run the clean script, as you suggested, and tried re loading the disk but it still won't reload, any ideas?
